What is the fastest way to place a catering order?

The simplest and easiest way to place a catering order for delivery or pickup is through our website. You can also call, text, or email your order if you choose.

Do you provide paper goods, chafing stands and sternos?

We provide disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins and serving utensils, as well as cups and ice if you order drinks. We provide wire chafing stands and sternos when the delivery option is chosen. This is all included at no additional cost, so it does not affect the price either way.

What is your delivery range and how much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery zone is 25 miles from the respective location that you are ordering from, and our standard delivery fee is $30 regardless of the size of the order. Please contact the Catering Manager to inquire about deliveries outside of this range.

What time will you deliver?

When placing your order, we ask for an arrival time. This will give us time to set up your order before guests plan to start eating. The arrival time is when you would like us to be on site.

How late can I place my order?

We ask that all orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that it can be delivered or ready for pickup at your requested time. Orders placed online will be confirmed if placed 12 hours prior to requested delivery time, or 8 hours prior to requested pickup time. Please reach out to the Catering Manager for any exceptions.

Do you cater on nights or weekends?

Yes. There is a 30 person minimum for catering delivery after 3:00pm M-F. Pickup Catering orders are available until 5:00pm M-F.

We have a 100 person minimum for Saturday orders, and we are closed on Sundays.

Can I place an order for a tax-exempt organization?

Yes, all that we will need is your tax exempt certificate on file and we will be able to create an invoice for you which excludes sales tax.

How do you handle payment for orders?

We accept all forms of credit cards as well as cash, check, and ACH. If paying by ACH or company check, this must be verified with the Catering Manager prior to the order being delivered. Otherwise, if payment is not received by 8:00am the day of your order, we will be unable to deliver or prepare your food.
